Martin is a Director with over 15 years’ experience in both the private and public sector. Martin is a Fellow of the Institute of Highways Engineers (IHE) and a Member of the Society of Road Safety Auditors (SoRSA) and has a broad range of transport planning skills including highway design, trip generation forecasting, traffic impact and transportation modelling, residential and workplace travel planning, road safety, traffic management and preparing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Road Safety Audits.
Martin also has extensive experience working for Wakefield Metropolitan District Council within the Transport Initiatives and Highways Development Management team, responsible for providing professional independent highway advice on major residential planning applications together with technical appraisals of proposal land allocations with the Local Plan.
