​Leeds Bradford Airport Industrial Estate

Leeds Bradford Airport Industrial Estate is situated adjacent to Harrogate Road just to the north of Leeds Bradford International Airport.

Optima has been appointed to support two planning applications for a change of use of one of the existing industrial units to provide off-airport long stay car parking. Both applications were refused by the Council but planning permission was successfully granted at Appeal by two separate Inspectors. The Site currently operates 918 permanent long stay parking spaces.

The success of the evidence prepared for the planning Appeals hinged on demonstrating that the proposals had an immaterial impact on the highway network and did not undermine sustainable access to the Airport.
