​Monks Cross Shopping Park

Monks Cross Shopping Park is a major retail facility located on the outskirts of York. We have been retained by the owners of the shopping park for over 10 years.

Optima have provided input into the feasibility of various projects to enhance the service offer at the shopping park. Following on from the feasibility advice we have successfully supported planning applications for the development.

Optima have also submitted representations pertaining to the adjacent community stadium to ensure the interests of the shopping park are protected.
