​Printworks, Hunslet Road, Leeds

Optima led the highways element in the redevelopment of the Printworks in Leeds on behalf of Leeds City College. This included the £25 million re-development of the former industrial building into a new state of the art campus leisure centre.

A full Travel Plan and Transport Assessment were provided in support of the successful planning application which included negotiation with Highways England and Leeds City Council.

Optima developed a cost effective access strategy for the development which included improvements to the local pedestrian and public transport infrastructure in this city centre development.
