Phil Owen BEng CEng MICE MIHT Managing Director

Phil is the Managing Director of the business and is a Chartered Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of highway design, integrated transport and development planning projects. Phil has managed the preparation of Transport Assessments and Travel Plans for major retail, residential and commercial developments, including large scale business parks, leisure complexes, shopping centres, public transport and airport facilities. Phil has extensive knowledge of planning procedures and specialises in expert witness work at public inquiries. Throughout his time in the industry he has developed the following core skills:
